The Chinese / Foriegn joint venture Rockwool plant is located in the Guangdong Province, southern China. This location (close to Hong Kong) ensures rapid delivers to one of the busiest container sea ports in the world. Product can then be shipped rapidly and inexpensively anywhere in the world. The Rockwool plant is equiped with advanced production technology and equipment from Jungers Verkstads AB Sweden and managed by CSR Australia.CSR Australia has more than 150 years experience in Rockwool insulation, and can provide solutions to even the most complex insulation problems. |

| Moisture Resistance | Exposure to an atmosphere of 50ºC and 95% relative humidity for 96 hours results in moisture absorption of less than 0.2% by volume. | If the material become wet. full thermal efficiency will be restored on drying out. |
| Corrosion Resistance | CSR Fibex/Fibermesh/SPI is faintly alkaline and incapable of corroding steel. To maintain this condition, protection must be provided againts contamination from external sources | When tested in accordance with BS 3958: Part 5-1969, Fibertex/Fibermesh/SPI has a pH of 7.5-9.0. Soluble chlorides contains less than 20 ppm. | Applications involving autenitic stainless steels, a special low chloride formulation is available to order. |
